Return Policy

This Return Policy explains the no-return and no-refund rules applicable to Super XML digital software products, including license delivery, activation, and account-based access.

1. Product Type and Delivery Method

Super XML is a digital software product (WooCommerce plugin) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Once payment is completed, the service is fulfilled by digital provisioning such as account access, license credit assignment, key generation, validation capability, and download access.

2. General Return Rule

All sales are final after digital delivery.

Because the product is digital software and license rights are delivered immediately after purchase, returns and standard cancellation refunds are not available.

3. Buyer Acknowledgement Before Purchase

By placing an order, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that:

  • the purchased item is digital software,
  • delivery starts immediately after successful payment,
  • no return and no refund applies after digital fulfillment, and
  • the Buyer had access to a full-functionality demo before purchase and evaluated suitability in advance.

4. Scope of No-Refund Policy

No-refund applies, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind after purchase,
  • incompatibility caused by unsupported third-party plugins/themes or custom server restrictions,
  • failure to review documented system requirements before payment,
  • partial use, non-use, or delayed implementation by the Buyer,
  • business model change or marketplace strategy changes unrelated to product defects.

5. Limited Exceptional Review Cases

While this policy is strictly no-refund, the Seller may, at its sole discretion and without legal obligation, review exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or objectively verifiable billing errors. Any such review does not create precedent and does not waive this Return Policy.

6. Duplicate Transactions and Billing Errors

If the Buyer believes there is a duplicate charge or technical billing error, the Buyer must contact support promptly with transaction references. If the claim is verified by payment records, corrective action may include cancellation of duplicated entitlement or a technical reimbursement through the payment provider workflow.

7. License Activation and Use Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for entering the correct store domain, maintaining compatible infrastructure, and following setup guidance. Misconfiguration, unsupported environment modifications, or policy violations do not create refund rights.

8. Support and Remediation

In case of operational issues, the Seller provides reasonable support assistance and remediation guidance. The primary remedy for software issues is technical correction, update, or workaround support rather than monetary refund.

9. Relation to Distance Selling Agreement

This Return Policy forms an integral part of the Distance Selling Agreement and must be interpreted together with the terms related to digital delivery, licensing, and limitation of liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Any legal dispute related to this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul (Turkiye) courts and enforcement offices, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted under applicable law.

12. Policy Updates

The Seller may update this Return Policy for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Updated versions are published on this page with a revised effective date.
